This is a lovely, clean site. I stayed here with my partner, two children and our dog for a short break and enjoyed every minute. We found the owners very helpful. Would highly recommend this site to anyone.

We stayed here Jan - March 2013 - Yes 3 months. Dave and his wife couldnt have been more helpful. Even tho it was the depths of winter with snow we had a great stay. Clean shower/toilet area and clean kitchen/laundry room, with use of a freezer. Great walks across the road over farmland and fantastic beach nearby. Small town has everything you need for a quiet holiday with all the fun of the fair in Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells and Skeggy.
