£100 security bond/ deposit when booking (refundable if no damage has been done to the property)

Cancellation before full payment, forfeit deposit. Cancellation after full payment 50% refund and the security deposit.

All guests must inform management of visitors prior to arrival. visiting times are from 10:00am until 8:30pm,

£10:00 deposit for barrier pass, refundable after visit (pass not available to visitors)
There is a small charge of 50p for the shower's (50 pence coins only, shower lasts for 10 minutes)

Late departure's are available subject to availability. Must be booked the day prior to departure date and charged at visitors rate.
Pitch and Store £385:00 per year (check availability)
Season pitches £1,500:00 for 2 persons (£1,625:00 with winter storage if available)
Payment
A deposit of 1 night's stay (non returnable) is required when booking, balance on arrival. Pitch will be held for 24 hours from your arrival date.
