First time camping for almost 2 year old Bertie and the first time I have been for 25 years. Planned a weekend at the coast for the hot weather so a late camping booking for just one night was in order.
Having done an internet search, I narrowed it down and decided to give Country Meadow a go for our tester camping trip.
We arrived 3pm and were greeted by welcoming hosts who gave us all the necessary info and led us to our pitch.
A little play on the park made me think that a few more play things might not go a miss, there's only so long a young one can play with the boot house and swing but it was just enough to keep him happy for a while before bed.
We got to sleep ok, the park was quiet and friendly so no problems there. It was at 3:48am where I was awaken by the cockerel next door and was for the next few hours. Nothing that could be blamed on the hosts but might put me off returning.
Great clean site. Would recommend if someone rids the cockerel!

Well our second visit to this remarkable camp site! It is really refreshing to be on a site with welcoming hosts who always seek you out to see if your doing ok! A lovely stay relaxing and such a lovely area! We will be going back in September! So if your looking for a freindly welcoming proper campsite then this is for you and Caroline and Keith will look after you well!

brilliant ,really lovely site ,enjoyed our bank holiday weekend, looking forward to going again ,spacious big pitches ,shower /toilet block really clean ,all in fantastic would recommend

Visited this site over the Easter weekend and had a restful few days. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The site is well maintained with a clean toilet/shower block.

Just come back from our Easter Break, the site is looking great, Keith & Caroline have worked hard over the winter to get the site ready for the season ahead.
Enjoyed another holiday.
If your looking for somewhere quiet this is the site to look for nice and relaxing after a busy day either in Mablethorpe or Skegness.
Give it ago you won't be dissapointed.
