Do not walk through raised barrier, use pedestrian gate at the side of barrier.

No commercial or sign written vehicles allowed on site.

Sorry No Charging electrical vehicles except bicycles and invalid scooters. The electric supply is inefficient.

All pods to be vacated by 10:00am on date of departure. Extended departures to be arranged the day prior to the departure date subject to availability and will be charged at half day rate.

No smoking or vaping inside the pods. No pets allowed.

Do not attach anything to trees, fences or pitch number posts for use as washing lines.

Do Not walk across occupied pitches, please use the footpath and road way (respect the privacy of others).

Please keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00pm until 7:30am.

Any persons found being abusive to others or disturbing the peace or causing potential damage and harm to the property will be required to vacate the site without refund.

All BBQ's to be raised off the ground (minimum of 12 inches/300mm).

NO FIRE PITS or open wood burning allowed.

Do not put BBQ's on wooden steps or porch of the pod.

Speed limit for the site is 5mph, "No Speeding"!

All vehicles to be parked on the side of the road way during wet conditions, please minimise driving across the grass when wet and soft.

All children must be supervised by their parents or guardians, it is not the responsibility of others to care for your child.

Children under the age of 12 should not escort younger siblings to the toilet. Do not allow them to ride bicycles around the facility area.

All payments are non-refundable for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures or if you are asked to leave the site, (except in unforeseen circumstances).

Be aware of slippery and uneven surfaces especially after dark when walking around the park.

Please check that all lights are turn off when leaving the pod after your stay.

CAUTION Facilities building floor becomes slippery when wet. Please clean up any spillages you may make. Help us to keep these facilities clean, tidy and pleasant for all to use.

All visitors must report to management on arrival, please inform us of any guests you have visiting you. A maximum of 2 visitors per pitch or pod. Visiting times are from 10:30am until 8:30pm.
